Lol I'm not gonna lie it took me a long time to do it. I held the needle and just stood in front of the mirror for awhile . Had to regroup and then I just went for it . Didn't hurt went in smooth and oil is very thin mct oil and kernel oil I believe and no redness after just swollen now Virgin muscle or to big of needle ? Lol

basically, if you can walk normally...??? then its a normal pain
from inject.

ive been so crippled in the past....it took me 5 mins to sit on a toilet.
don't put anymore than 1ml in a site until you are used to the shots.

and try a delt shot.....those are less painful to me.

Virgin muscle and beginner's technique. You'll be fine.

As tenny said, if you're walking fine you're good.

I also like delts. Quads, I hate.

use nothing shorter than an inch.

So with Tbol been dosing morning and at 5 or 6 in afternoon 25mg each dose. When should I "feel" it I know it's not DBol but just wondering if I need to feel something or look for something to notice. Started Thursday.

you will start getting amazing pumps.....like better than youve
ever had in the past.....should take about a week for you
to really start feeling the full affects from Tbol....

so did you finalize your plan... obviously you are starting out with 500mg of test E a week, are you just going to stick with that?

I am doing 50mg Tbol morning and mid day so 25 and 25.

Also if I pinned on Thursday was I supposed to pin last night ? (I did) lol
Also have AI on hand and PCT as well as support supps.

Starting to think my gear isn't legit . Granted I did come down with upper respiratory infection but I still ate and lifted and rested this is starting week 5 I'm only up 6 pounds feel like it's from the food though. Also running Tbol still. No increased sex drive. I mean I do feel as if I look at women and think sexual thoughts more lol

Still at 192 in the morning 195 end of day ..finished Tbol nothing to report on that . i get so excited to pin but now I don't know if this is even real should have gained more from Tbol correct ? Also test should have kicked in already.
