Alright so I am looking into starting my first cycle. I am leaning towards dbol at 50mg a day for 6 weeks, depending of course on how I feel at that dose, but maybe 25mg is all I need though. Good, bad, ugly? Tell me what you think.
 
I would take Testosterone Enanthate at about 500 mg. per week for 10-12 weeks. Not a fan of d-bol so I would not use it. Just my opinion...
 
Dbol is great for size and strength gains. However most find that gains can be predominately from fluid retention. Once you stop, and the fluid retention subsides - so do most of your gains.
Theoretically, dbol is good for fascia stretching and strength increases. Usually it is used in conjunction with other solid mass building compounds.
In some it may cause gyno. In many it causes "back-pumps".
It might be advised to do some more research before you make a final decision.

You'll get puffy/bloated in the face, and stronger on most lifts and then lose it. it's a typical beginner/scared of needles type cycle. You won't keep much in terms of gains. dont make the same mistake as countless beginners.

test is best. Keep researching.

When used in conjunction with other AAS, it will help add muscle. If you are on Test or something also, the dbol gives you more strength, thus helping the test and giving you more solid muscle. It may help with muscle recouperation also with the added water. I am sure there are more reasons, like stretching your T-shirts a bit more :)

In order to kick start a Dianabol cycle, usually what you do is incorporate a fast acting oral like Dianabol (or anadrol) and combine it with long acting injectables (such as Deca or Eq with some Testosterone). The reasoning here is that the oral (Dbol in this case) will give almost immediate results, while the injectable takes time to produce results. The end result is that you start seeing results within the first week of your cycle and continue up until the end with the injectables. This entails taking anywhere from 25-50mgs of dbol (although as little as 20mgs or as much as 100mgs have been reported) for 3-6 weeks at the start of a cycle (average time for a "Kick Start" is 4 weeks, though), and then ceasing their use as the injectables start to produce results.

Isn't dbol a C-17 alpha alkylated oral? That's gonna be a bitch to your liver.

Weeks 1-12= Test C or E at 400mg
Week 1-4= Dbol at 25mg... no more than 30mg

Test only is more than enough. But the above is a nice beginner cycle that you can stick with for numerous cycles. If you have 5mg dbol do 25mg if you have 10mg just do 30mg to keep it simple. You don't need more! The above will blow you up just make sure your diet and training is spot on and you have a good base to start from.

What are your stats?
 
I just want to add I have done a fair number of cycles now. My doses are increasing but still not really high from what I see. I am willing to try new things so have upped oral doses in the past. I tried 80mg dbol last time... please note I have taken it many times. All I get is nose bleeds and some headaches... blood pressure related. I have decided to concentrate on injectables now and just use orals in moderate doses.

I have been on 40mg balkan dbol for a few days and have put on a few pounds already and as I mentioned I have taken it so many times and built up a tolerance (in a way) to it. But if your eating well you will gain weight. I feel great on it but can feel it's strength so know not to up.

My first cycle with dbol was 25mg and I put on 20 pounds... it was amazing... don't use more than 30mg trust me on that.
 
I dunno how dbol got to get all this bad rep. I mean sure some people don't respond that well to it, but I mean come on, some of you are referring to it as creatine almost.

I like to point out that it was one of the most successful and used steroid in the golden era and is considered, comapred to most others steroids, to be the strongest drug mg for mg.

I know for me I really like it and prefer it over test, cause I get all the pros of test and even more with no injections and less sides.
Mind you I did one cycle of dbol with test, and one without it. To me, dbol is superior. But that's just my body.

alright that seems like a manageable set up. Im dieting right now so my stats aren't as good as they were 4 weeks ago but they are: 18 y/o, 5'6", 190 lbs, 17.5" arms, 30" waist, 9/10% body fat. Overall everything is decently proportional but not great size wise. Ill try to post some pics on here soon.
 
FWIW, my first cycle was Test at 250mg/wk and dbol at 30mg/day for the first four week and I gained almost 30 pounds and kept more than 20. You will probably blow up from your first cycle if your diet and training are on point. No need to use much IMHO. Smallest effective dose ;)

Im in college so the food situation is bad to say the least so I probably won't start until next school year so I can actually know EXACTLY what nutrients I am getting rather than having to guestimate how much protein the "Liquid Egg Substitute" has lol

agree, your first test cycle is fun,

dbol cycles can give good results but ive never known anyone who ever spoke about how exciting and fun a dbol only cycle was

besides test helps you rock the ladys jocks

personly after 6 weeks on dbol only thing id be rocking the viagra, thats me anyways
 
My first couple cycles were test only. I had good results this way and personaly believe in moderation and adding things in a little at a time.
 
My opinion is this..there is no need for more than test for a first cycle. If your diet is on depending on your goals, you'll be a beast and make serious gains off of 500 mgs of enanthate a week..that's all I would do for a first cycle. Make sure you have an aromatase inhibitor or anti-estrogen. Small increases in each cycle is the way I would recommend things, cycling on and off.
 
first cycle test is always safest. but what about those who have done multiple cycles of prohormones prior to looking into needles? personally i never gained even close to what i thought i would gain by using 500mg/test e weekly. i actually had better gains from phs.
