Hello all! Wanted to start a log of what I’m currently doing 10 weeks out from my first show, started prep and peds together at 17.5 weeks out. Currently I’m 23 sitting at a”170-172lbs 5’8.5. Did a natty show and got down to 152lbs decently lean for a natty and did pretty well, 3rd place in open classic out 20ish guys. Photo order is 1 day out of natty prep, start of prep, currently 8 weeks into cycle.
PEDS:
400 test. (first 3 weeks) 600 test 200 eq 50 mg anavar 4x a week TD’s (4-6)
Week 7 added in 10 mg tren ED.
Gh has been constant at 8 iu
Nutrition:
My metabolism is very fast and picks up at a leaner state, sitting at 3500 cals on training days and 2750 on off days. No cardio or set steps but I burn a lot due to working a very laborious job.
Training:
I do an upper/lower split 4 days a week, can go more into detail if anyone’s interested.
Here is my progress so far, started prep this year at 162lbs now currently 170lbs
