First Cycle - how's it look, suggestions?

Sorry to blatantly nube about it, but be nice ok. Your wisdom is appreciated.

Did a couple cycles years ago under a friend's guidance, so can't even remember what exactly...but I do remember using Nolvadex, I think.

Getting back on the wagon, after some research, and after some preliminary lab work...

Estro - topped out at highest point of normal range/just into the high range
Test - topped out at highest point of normal range/just into the high range

First week into first cycle...

250 Test E, 200 Deca - thinking 8-12 week?, and then 20mg/day dbol (as kickstart) 2 - 4 weeks?. No AI or SERM at this point.

How's it look, recommendations, suggestions?

To be more clear on preliminary lab work with both being high while clean...

TOTAL ESTROGENS - 157 pg/ml
Testosterone, Serum - 1,147 ng/dl

So, taking that into consideration...

??
 
Why 250mg of test? And 200mg of deca? I guess you can call that a cycle since it above hrt dose.I personally don’t like that cycle.what about prolactin? Do you have something on hand?

I’m sure others will chime in.
 
What don't you like? Being the first, thought to be conservative this go, and taking into consideration my already elevated levels just wanted to be safe. But again, input welcome.
 
Your natural levels are mostly irrelevant on cycle now.

Your E is pretty high naturally, so that may mean you need an AI or SERM IMO on cycle. You may aromatase E more than average, but your TT is high/good so its hard to say.

Test only will suffice for a first proper run.
 
What's your body fat look like? Those estrogen levels are high for a reason..
 
Whay are your current stats , height , weight , body fat??

What kinda of training template are you following.

What sort diet are you following as far as macro and calorie intake

I personally like the idea if running a lower dose cycle , start low and as you plateau increase the dose.

Thinking to use DIM to flush some E. Since this is first run, just thinking a more natural route.

Is the cycle stack ratio ok for a first run?

Intake about 2k/day and about 3 months back into CrosFit 3-5 days a week, lift a couple days.
 
I know a lot of guys will say use only test for your first cycle but I don't subscribe to that notion, if you're going to shut your shit down and fuck yourself up you might as well get as much as you can out of it....within reason and responsibility of course. Also you said you've cycled before, how old are you? You may also want to think long and hard about what you're getting yourself into since your natural levels are still really good, there are others things you can use besides steroids if you just want an edge that will give you real results, I would exhaust that for all it's worth before I do something with permanent long term ramifications, just my opinion.

Regardless, you may not need an AI but I would definitely keep them on hand just in case.
 
I'd say start with your test at 250mg the first 2 weeks. Gradually work your way up. Try to get more with less. Then, should you feel the need, add in tbol instead of dbol. 25mg a day pwo and go from there. Always try to get more with less. Focus on diet and overall fitness. Imo
