First cycle, low dose of Test E

More is not always better. Since it is your first go around it would be foolish to use more than the 250mg/wk. You have no idea how your body is going to react to these hormone levels. there is no rush since I am sure you are young and probably havnt been at bodybuilding for many many years.
 
I realize that there is alot more experienced opinions on this board, but I think a person should always include a strong anabolic with testosterone. Through my personal experience, with the first and last cycle I ever took, which was 250 mg test depot (enathate) and 300 mg nandrolone decanoate a week for twelve weeks, also taking 5 tabs of d-bol the first 3 weeks(ending the deca at week 10) I experienced very good results in mass, not strength though(that seemed to taper off after discountinuing the d-bol), still I was impressed and I experienced very little side effects although In the first 2 weeks I was having some hormonal swings, (which I imagine do to the nandrolone), I am prone to acne, but this amount of medication never effected my acne anymore or any less. I guess I just figure why take them in the first place if you are afraid of a few side affects, especialy considering on pure test alone will add alot of water retention which could be mistaken as mass but after you are finished your pct you will soon discover how much of your muscle was "solid".

And I'm think about going on 250mg/Week for 10 week of Test E, I have some gyno already and I've never done any cycle, so that might say that i'm prone to gyno.
Some friends told me that 20mg ED during the cycle of Tamoxifen would solve that problem.

What do you guys say about this ?

I'm 1.89 m and 85 kg, training for about 3 years.

I will need to disagree here. I have always used test as the base for many, many cyles I have done over the years! I used to think the same way you do. But I have found out that you really do not need anything other than test to build a solid physique, along with proper training and nutrition of course. The key to all of it, gear or no gear is the nutrition! Test only will build some serious mass without any other compound. And YES I am speaking from experience, plenty of it!
The more compounds you run the higher the risk factor of problems and sides. I believe in minimizing these risks in pursuit of lean muslce building. it can be done. If you do not know how then hire one of the board's pros like PHIL, he will explain it all to you and it will become quite clear in a matter of weeks! I am not saying not to use other compounds, just that it can be done without them.

Pure test ot test only will not cause water retention. I have said this so many times. Lack of minerals, electrolyte imbalance, poor diet are responsible for this, not test! I have used every kind of test, almost all of the known aas compounds over the years and never have I had a problem with water retention or bloating, not once!
