First Cycle. Please Help!

Whats up guys. So i just finished reading anabolics 2007 which is a great book by the way. And I finally think Im ready for my cycle. Its my first real cycle, Im doing straight bulking but I just cant decided exactly how Im going to do it. I plan on running Test E for sure but I was considering adding Nandrolne Decaonate also. I would like to just run Test alone but i dont know if that would be enough. As for the dosage i have a rough idea of what Im going to do but If anyone knows what would work the best please let me know. Anywhere from 6-12 weeks it what i think im going to do but like i said Im still planing it. If anybody has any suggestings all help is appericated. Thanks.
 
First off. Welcome to the board.
Second... Your post will not be answered here. You should post it in the beginners section. That’s not a dis to you buddy, its where these questions get answered. This forum is for deep discussions about quantum mechanics :p .
Third. Read the rules forum to keep up with where to post for what questions to ask.
Fourth. If you see your thread moved....go to beginners forum, it will surly be there.
Be prepared to answer some basic questions regarding your stats such as age, length of time training etc.

actuall your q is against the rules, if you reword it stating your dosage (what you have in mind) it will not be deleted.... you cant ask for cycle setup, but you can ask for critique... welcome, and the anabolics book is a great wealth of knowledge your on the right step reading that forst.....

Well I'd start out with 100 meters. Once you get the lungs for a few of those, try some 200 meters. I usually jog a few laps and then stretch first so I don't pull anything.

dude, I would suggest you read through more posts here. use the search box. than, you can throw out a cycle idea and you'll get a few comments with regards to what others think.

but seriously, don't come out with, "I think I want to run a cycle for 6-12 weeks but unsure what to take... what do I take?"

come on man, make your own cycle then post it and you'll receive comments/opinions on it.
