Like I have mentioned in other threads I had hip surgery about 3.5 months ago. And I'm about to embark on my first cycle after the surgery. Tomorrow morning I have a follow up with the surgeon and with his clearance i hope I can start training legs again and here is my plan.
So once I'm cleared to finally strengthen my legs I'm starting off with a dbol only 25mg day 4 week cycle.
I AM NOT ONE TO DO ORAL ONLY.
But it's simply to get my left leg up to speed with my right leg
Then 4 weeks off.
The real cycle is as follows
Week 1-6 Anavar 50mg ED
Week 1-10 Test E 600mg/wk (150mg M/150mg W/ 300mg F)
Week 1-10 Tren a 300mg/wk (100mg M/W/F
Aromasin 20mg E3D and will adjust as needed to EOD (I know 25mg is standard but I have 20mg pills)
PCT
Nolva/clomid
Week 1: 100mg clomid/20mg nolva
Week2/3 50mg clomid/ 20mg nolva
Weeks 4: 20mg nolva
Some stats. Before injury and post op. (1 year has gone by)
Weight: before 206 @ 9% now: 180 @11%
Years training 7
Last cycle: 900mg test/wk 500mg deca/wk for 12 weeks
Diet over the las year has been shit.
This past month I have been cleaning it up as I get used to eating more and more food.
diet outline.
Meal 1
6eggs
2oz sausage
2 tortillas
22gram protein shake
Meal 2
2 cans tuna
1cup rice
Mustard or sweet chili sauce for flavor
Meal 3
8oz chicken or beef
2 potatoes
Meal 4 (1-2 hours pre workout)
8oz chicken
Salad with olive oil
44gram protein shake
Meal 5
2 cans tuna
2 tortillas
Meal 6
8oz chicken
Salad with olive oil.
22 gram protein shake before bed.
As my stomach gets used to more food I will be upping the eggs and meat. I plan to be eating a lot more once I start my cycle.
