should I stack test e with tren or with clen???

I don't want to gain fat/water weight while on it. Which one is better?

5'10" 187lbs 12% bf
 
dont stack just run test and use an ai and diet to help you with the water
 
I do not think most would reccomend tren in a first cycle, just test or test and d-bol

cannot get the AI? It sounds like you've done the research, so if you can't get an AI the tren should work just as well. good luck

I don't mean to be a negative Nancy but if I were you I would do some more product research and put some thought into your diet and goals. What are you trying to accomplish? You will retain water on the test along...be it only a little bit. Why the low carbs? Are you trying to cut? Only 200 grams of protein? You might want to shoot for somewhere closer to 300 or more instead. Protein is your friend..especially when using test. Tren is not commonly used on a first cycle because the sides vary so much from person to person. Better to start with other compounds and learn to understand your body first before jumping to tren. Just a few things to think about....good luck

I am trying to stay lean more then so make muscle. I'm already 190lbs at 5'10" at 12%. Whenever I do keto, I drop weight fast and easy, but I look really deflated besides on carb ups. I put on muscle quite easy, but it's really tough for me to get my abs out (store all fat in stomach) and I can't get past to those lower digits.

I've decided to do clen + test e for a couple of months and do tren in march in time for the summer. I'm looking to stay a similar weight while losing some fat and maintaining/increasing muscle mass. My body reacts really well to keto, therefor low carb is the way for me. I've never taken over 200g of protein and haven't had trouble gaining muscle mass. 300g just seems overkill, but I will try it.
 
The primary reason everyone suggests only test on first cycle is so that you will learn and grow from the experience since it will be your first cycle. If you stack you may experience neg side effects also, and you wont know which is the culprit. I also am about to start my first cycle and I asked for advice here and other places. All of the feedback I got was test only for the first cycle.
