Meal 1: -l60c oats, 50p whey, 26c maple syrup, 10p yogurt, 8oz Fairlife choc milk
Meal 2 Intra: 10IU novolog, 100c Karbolyn, 20g EAA, 20g creatine mono, 30g whey hydro, 30g whey iso
Meal 3: 50p 93/7 beef, 50c potatoes, 36c tortilla, 26c/13p Fairlife chocolate, 40c from Kraft microwave mac and cheese
Meal 4: 60c oats, 26c maple syrup, 50p whey, 10p triple zero yogurt
Cut 50c from meal 4 because I missed my second cardio session post workout.
