Solid day. Made big progress on everything except for chest, which is normal, have a partially ruptured pec major tendon so I’m very gentle with it.
 
Ran out of trestolone today. Tentative plan is to replace it with inject anadrol, 50mg, MWF. I’ve heard the PIP is brutal so I’ll try it Friday and see how that goes.
 
Tuesday 3/24

Diet was on point same meals as yesterday. No point reposting it everyday.

Another really good session. Feeling strong, great pumps. Lats, forearms, and biceps were cramping up in the evening. Might need more electrolytes.
 
Wednesday 3/25

Legs are progressing well. I have nerve damage and knee problems which mess up my quad training but right now everything is feeling strong and comfortable.

Honest answer? I had a vial sitting around staring at me the last 1.5 years and I know I respond well to it.
 
Update:

Inject anadrol was a no-go.

Current cycle:
1000mg test e
800 primo e
800 mast e
Oral superdrol on upper body days
30-50iu Lantus per day
5iu GH post workout

Diet is still same, 2-3 “off” meals or added dessert per week, cardio fluctuates depending on how I feel/look that day but always 30:00 in the AM and 20-40:00 in PM (walks around my neighborhood, if it’s raining, I’ll skip one of these because I’m not driving to the gym 3x in a day). Post workout 10:00-40:00.

Odd week. The last 2-3 weeks I’ve been staying at 249-251 and suddenly this week I’m 257-259. I don’t notice any fat gain, so I’m very happy with this.

Being that I’m at the higher end of my 250-260 maintenance goal, I’ll be reintroducing 5mg Reta per week and back the “off” meals down to just 1-2.

Training has been really good but I’m starting to really have to grind out reps and have hit a wall on a few lifts. Sleep has also gone to shit. With this, I’m taking today off and I’ll start a new exercise rotation on Monday, backing the intensity down to 2-3 RIR with quality reps. This offers me a deload effect, plenty of stimulus for growth from the novel lifts, and a long way to go for each lift, as far as progressive overload is concerned.
