Also its not a sure thing that your will get tingling or numbness in your hands, feet, etc. that typically happens when you take too much without starting low and working your way up to the doase you want slowly.
I think you could get by on less,,,2-4iu is about all I run daily now and I get the results I'm looking for. You should definitely see some nice fat loss.
If your nutrition is fine tuned it will be a hell of a ride, just dont switch to bulking/cutting to soon, a little bloat may panic you but just stick it out for at least 4 months
