I really don't mean to thread hijack but I have a question that's been on my mind for a while. OP is clearly a big guy but he doesn't have that super-long "shoulder shelf" like some of the massive I've seen have. Is that due to genetics, synthol use, delt size, other??? This is what I mean by the "shoulder shelf" (red horizontal lines drawn):

I'm just trying to understand if it's genetics since I'm not at OP's size but I want that look. Are their delts really just that large or do they have a different structure (wider shoulders)?

I am pretty sure that they are also using synthol. But they use it in the right way. So if you use it proper, the most people don't see it! Don't und me wrong, Phil is a true beast and if you use synthol, you don't look like him.. But in this high level area you will use all what will work and help to stay in front of the others.
I'm sure here are people who can possibly say more about this.
I was also always be so surprised how big the shoulders are going to look..!
