Kind of new to this so help me out, Im at 6'3 240 pretty strong naturally i can rep 435 on bench and staying away from squats and heavy legs besides stair-stepper, extensions, and curls right now due to knee surgery(was at around 600 range, 4.45 40 yrd dash)hence the new motivation for this.
I ran the pet pharm test 250 for a couple months last summer to get over my fears of the stuff and it was straight I guess. But I really wouldnt know, so in my research i felt the before mentioned would be ideal, let me know please.....
