Today was the first day of my insulin run during my pct. (injection went fine no rush or anything even an hour later no crazy feelings or anything)
I started at 5 units today and will run that everyday i workout (5days) a week for the first week.
Before my workout my Bood glucose measured in at 105 and was taken at 6:17pm
Immediately after my lift I pinned it sub q. I then slammed my 50grams of dextrose and 80 grams of whey isolate shake.
About 30-40 minutes later i ate 2 cups of white rice and 2 cans of tuna.
10 minutes after my meal my Blood glucose level was 129 which was taken at 8:24 pm
So i guess my only question is does that pwo glucose level seem ok?
I will be taking it every 30 mins and will post an update.
Tomorrow will be 5ius of humalin R pwo with same meal plan.
