First run with dnp.

New development this am. First of all I added my yohimbine clen and t3 stack to the mix. It's called the thermo blend. Well last night I had insomnia woke up at midnight sweating quite a bit more then tossed and turned all night till I had to get up from work.

Soon waking at 0600 I took my 6 tabs and this time it made me super nauseous then I started to dry heave over the toilet. Didn't throw up the tabs though and I was sure I would.

I thought about quitting all together but I think I just need to split up the tabs to get away from nausea.

What are the individual doses of t3, yohimbine and clen?

40 mcg clen. 25 mcg t3. 5.4 mcg yohimbine

Well this will conclude my dnp cycle. I can't continue. The sides have become unbearable. I have lost quite a bit in my short time but next time if there ever is one I would suggest lower dose for much longer.

I thought cause I didn't feel anything it wasn't working and wanted to feel something. Now I feel way too much. I had to call in to work today due to the exhaustion heat sweating nausea headaches so on and so forth

How many days did you do? What was weight loss?

I guess you bumped up the dosage too soon!

I agree. This was your first time taking dnp, imo, you should have left it at just dnp to see how it affects you and how long you could stay on and at what dose.
