I will be dropping the prop in the beginning. Instead, I will do it at the end for a smoother transition to pct and add 2 weeks to my 10 week supply.

Aug 15 Wed Week 1
Test 250mg in Ventrogluteal site.
Details: Wash hands, clean site, finger tips and top of vial with alcohol swabs. With 18g injected amount of air equivalent to the amount taken out of vial. I may have injected some of the air in the oil not sure if thats ok lol noob. Switched to 25g 1 in. Went in super smooth the first 1/2 inch then felt like it reached something more sound (muscle i suppose) used a tiny bit more force and pushed it all the way thru. Aspirated. Injected. I felt 1 in was not enough and i might go with 1.5 next time. I feel like something is there now. Similar to when I got my tec shot in my shoulder but more bearable. I guess this is obviously normal.

Have adex on hand and will begin proviron on week 3 as well as clomid eod alternating.

Advice/Suggestions/Disagreements/Etc as always, are welcome.

I must have spent 1 hour making sure it was the right location whilst sitting on my toilet before going thru with it.

Today I decided to do this month's Blueprint workout of the month by Arnold Schwarzenegger with my own twist before going heavy in the next 2 weeks.

Circuit Repeat 4 times
HIIT 10 mins (sprint for 30 sec walk for 30 secs)
Dumbbell Press 15 reps
Pullups 15 reps
Leaning Lateral Raises 15 reps
Cross body rows 15 reps
Concentration curls 15 reps

Finisher
Hanging leg raises 3 sets of 15: Raise fast, lower slow.

Yesterday was Core Day

Leg Throws, 30 reps
High Arms Partial Situps, 30 reps
Flutter Kicks, 50 reps
Star Plank, max

Repeat one more time.

Barbell Bench Press, 15,5,3,1 reps.
Deadlift A 15,5,3,1 reps
Chinups B 5,5,5,5 reps

Sunday Week 1
2nd Inj Late PM.
Details: I tried to do it first thing in the morning for the sake of blood levels. Ex. Weds Late PM and Sun early Am. But I was unable to do it in the morning. I forgot to clean the top this time. Sh!t. But I use two needles. Although I did it faster this time around I felt like it was more difficult on the left side than that of the right. Last time I didn't have a pinch of blood and I ejected slowly. This time I ejected quickly and had a tiny dot of blood. Less pleasant this time around.

No workout this weekend. Working in the heat this weekend moving heavy stuff around. I considered this my cardio workout for this weekend.
