Gonna do my first show in 8 weeks...
I'm 25, weigh just on 100kg (220lbs), 175cm (bout 5'8")
I've dieted now for about 3 weeks.... Gonna start some cardio and fat burners this week. I'm not too sure if I'm on track with the fat loss.
I'm a rookie poser so suggestions for adjustments would be very appreciated!
Just from looking at the photos myself I think I need to:
- Spread my lats more on back double bis
- Hold my elbow further back and raise my chest more on side chest
- Hold myself more upright on side triceps
My hammys/calves are lacking which is evident, this has actually held me back from competing, but I'm gonna have a go now anyway.
