It's been a month...and I'm diggin' it!!!!

Ok. So it's been a month since I started. I have seen very good results. I have gained a lot of muscle. I did up my dose from 5gm a day to 10 about 2 weeks into it. I haven't really had any side effects either and that was my biggest worry. My hubby did mention that he can really see the difference and told me that I should be careful not to get too much "bigger"... LOL :headbang:

Well done! What matters is you feel amazing so your hubbie will have to get used to the new you. It must take you some getting used to also but if it's all for the better then your on the best right and best track. I've started antibiotics for my skin. Been taking t3 my appetite has vanished! So has water retention and tiredness. So far so good. I'm always sleepy so it's just made me normal. Prob cause i'm not eating enough, mainly diet whey and fruit maybe fish an greens but i actually like shakes more than food, with exception to coconut yum x
