Basically, for me the off season means just that... OFF season, or honestly at this point in my life, Hrt as not producing a whole lot these days lol...

Not pimples, and not the common thought of subq ink sites either as I couldn't do that there due to having mesh in there from a hernia surgery... My thoughts could be scar tissue build up possibly from the surgery or little micro tears in the muscle or popped blood vessels etc... They only are visible at extreme levels if conditioning for me

Ive noticed them now I've got pretty lean. No idea what they are. Quite l like them actually, extra detail that Let's me know im lean. You look fucking awesome btw good work indeed

Both Phil hernon and I are prone to getting lipomas. These annoying little harmless fat deposits that won't go away. They are really common on abs. I have had 2 or 3 taken off abs and have another now I want to get off. I have no idea what causes these, but they annoy the shit out of me so I usually have Dr Serrano cut em out.

I've had about 7 lipomas removed myself. Hate those things and HGH seems to make them grow fast i swear. My plastic surgeon always jokes and says just gain a little fat and you won't have any issues...lol.

You mean the water starting at 5 gallons, then 4.127, then 3.244478... cutting sodium on an exponential rate of 3.17 x 10 / 4 from day to day and taking all those diuretics, etc... LMAO
