First time clen user(some general questions)

Hi,

I´m about to try clen for the first time, I got a few questions.

- I´m going to start at 10mg ED just to see how the sides will be. How often do you guys increase dosage?

- The protocol 2 days on/off or 2 weeks on/off seems to be complete BS. Do you guys cycle on and off or just keep going for a few weeks?

- Does it have to be taken with a meal or can we just take it on an empty stomach as well(doing IF at the moment)?

I doubt you’ll feel much of anything at 10mcg but i’m a proponent of starting low and going up slowly so by all means, do that.

Run that dose for 3 days, if all is well, bump to 20mcg. I personally use 80mcg 4 weeks out from a show. I have zero negative sides and took 2 weeks to scale to 80mcg for reference. I take 40mcg with 25mcg T3 upon waking. Then I take another 40mcg 5-6hrs later. So one dose is fasted, the second dose is not. You can run Clen indefinitely if you want, no need for the frequent cycling we used to subscribe to.

Only side I sometimes get with Clen is cramps but this is mitigated by scaling up slowly and taking 5-10g taurine a day.

I wouldn't recommend it on an empty stomach. Keep adding one pill a day until sides are the most you can bare. That or you can run Ketotifen with it. Will keep receptors from downgrading as quickly. I wanna say you can go like 40 days on but someone else I'm sure can give you a positive answer. Take the Ketotifen at bedtime.

The anabolic effect is what is diminishing over time,no need to add ketotifen or cycle clen on and off
