Hey everyone. Been around for awhile on here never posted. Planning on doing my first bodybuilding show in september. I've gone from 207 to 176 so far with minimal cardio. Height is 5'9. The past four weeks i have kept my carb sub 100 daily. Is this bad? Should i be taking in more carbs? Any advice or pointers in the right direction would be appreciated.

It seems like a lot of weight lost fast with still 8-9 weeks to go?
