So... This stuff has been a trip to say the least lol. Started out at 200 mg and bumped to 400 mg by day 3. Day 4 I'm going at 600 mg. I try to split the doses twice a day. I started taking T3 on day 7 since I was downing energy drinks twice a day and still struggling to stay awake. I'm MUCH better now.

Weight started out 246.4 lbs. Day 6 I weigh in at 248.4 lbs... And today (day 9) I was down to 242.8 lbs.

So, wtf?

(Side note: I try to weigh at the same time of day/after the same number of meals but there usually isn't 4-6 pounds of variation in a day, obviously.)

I did not carb deplete beforehand. I don't mind just being on it a few more days.

Initially I was doing a crazy deficit in calories, like maybe 1800 per day. Mind you, it wasn't by choice. The DNP just made me feel odd (not sick so much, just odd) and I didn't have an appetite. By about day 6, I finally was eating closer to maintenance.

What mistakes have I made? Is this just water weight or were the calories too low or what? Any advice happily taken.

I'm also on 120 mg tren ace and 40 mg test prop EOD just for muscle preservation. It should have been fully kicked in before I started DNP.

Overall, the sides are brutal, but I was expecting a lot worse. I kept hearing horror stories about people getting fucked up on it in all sorts of ways and it scared the shit out of me. I'm sweating all the time and am dripping if there isn't a breeze on me at all times but I can manage that. Yesterday (day 8) I started getting the DNP shits everyone so fondly talks about. I did get some weird watery shits towards the beginning but that subsided. The shits I'm getting now are small but as frequent as all hell. Like going 4 times a day. I've been in the pool a few times and haven't had any sun sensitivity as long as I stay cool.

Again, all these sides are annoying, but not unacceptable.

I finally decided to try it after clen started to make my anxiety disorder worse than usual every time I was on and I was driving everyone crazy... Namely, my woman, which meant no sex and we can't have that. I also have hypertension, but usually I was able to keep that under control with medication even on clen. Regardless, probably still best to stay away from strong stimulants.

So, roast me, encourage me, offer me advice. I'll take it all!

There is a lot of posts concerning basic dnp questions. I would definitely hit those up. I will comment that I feel your dnp dose is careless. I'm not sure why you felt the immediate need to bump it to 600mg by day 4. The ideology of more is better does not always apply, especially regarding drug usage. I know people say you can be more relaxed on your nutrition while taking dnp, but I do not find that to be an efficient way to spend your time. 1800 below maintenance is a bit ridiculous to be honest. I get that dnp can make you feel weird, but if you're running dnp, grow a pair and eat your food..
 
First of all, try searching "DNP". You can't. You need more than three characters for the search to work per term. So that makes that kind of hard.

You're right. I did bump it up pretty fast, but I have yet to read of 600 mg hurting anybody. I'm also nearly 250 lbs with 15% body fat.

Lastly, I said I ate 1800 calories initially. As in that was done by day 4 or 5. I just had no appetite then, but it seems to have corrected itself.

I prefer doing lyle McDonald's RFL diet to DNP. Id rather be hungry then sweating a fucking storm all the time. But i have had some good runs of DNP in the past.
