Iv just started using GH for the first time in my life. I started at 1iu per day for 1 week, the next week 1.5, the next week 2.... until i reached 4. Problem is im using browntops which everyone says is extremely strong. Anyway i was fine on 4iu every day upon waking.. until the past 2 weeks. Iv been at 4iu for 2 months now. My hands fall asleep in the middle of the night and at work when im typing alot my wrists are hurting. Any advice? Im coming off cycle so i planned to drop it back down to 3iu, would that help?
 
Probably not carpel tunnel as it is a nerve related problem. Most likely just a little edema in the wrist's. Try backing down to 3 iu/day. The brownies must be strong as I have not had any pain in the wrist's at up to 6iu/day. I have always gotten good gains off gh but just no associated pain or edema.
 
Not bloated bro. My body doesnt bloat unless i use alot of androgens.
 
Personally I am very happy if I feel that sensation it makes me think something is working but what you are describing is very minor
 
My hands always fall asleep in the middle of the night on the hygetropins at 5iu's EOD but thats about it. Underneath outer edge of my forearms hurt and feel bruised on the inside a lot. At least that means its a good thing though.
 
Well im comin off so im cutting back.. what does everyone suggest?

I was thinkin 3iu ED in the AM but what about 5iu EOD in the AM?

I hear ya on the hands falling asleep...

I was using 2ius EOD JINOS and man would my fingers tingle...

Also, my forearms are killing me...feels like shin splints of the forearms...I cannot do straight bar or ez bar curls...

I am left with HAMMERS(a good thing) and standing single arm bicep curls(like doing a front dbl bi pose). Otherwise, my forearms cannot take it.

I have since gone to 10ius Every monday and the pain has gone down...I am going to go back up to 2ius EOD here real soon.

i have the same prob, take 500mg slow release niacin before bed and your hands will not go to sleep
 
I'm just starting my second week of my first ever run with GH (currently on 2.5iu/day of purui blue tops) & I am actually getting tingling in my feet all throughout the day rather than my hands? Anyone else get this?

I am on 4iu of the blue tops every day and my forearms and hands fal a sleep every night.
I know that the blue tops are 192 aa and very strong.
Have used jins for a 7 months no problems now 2 months on the blue tops and notice that they are much stronger.
 
Bro, I had the same prob with Jin's. Was on 2iu's/day and only my pinky and ring finger on my left hand would tingle all day. went to a neurologist and he said its prob because I broke both of those metacarpals on some afgans face back in 2002 and the nerves were just becomin more sensitive because of the gh. So I'm gonna finish up and should be fine.;)

I dont exactly know. AlmostPro would be the guy to ask that too. I've just always heard to use it PWO.

Have the same prob. here even with out the GH...feels like for arm splints and it suck big time...only thing that helps me is some time off...not tryin to hijack...
