First time mod GRF (1-29) and Ipamorelin stack

Hey I'm new to peptides, and want to make sure I'm on the right track.
I have read DatBtrue's thread, but would like to hear if there is any new knowledge about these peptides?

I am 174cm tall
70 kg
and about 40 years

My purpose with it is:
Faster recovery
injury prevention
train my injuries away (I have few small injuries not very much, a small knee injury from squats, and a small back injury from squats when I had to train myself up again. Whent to heavy:)
shed some fat
build a little more muscle and a little more strength (I do not expect big gains)
Strengthen my joints, bones and tendons
Get a low resting heart rate
Get a little better stemina

My shape, fitness, strength and stemina are better than most 20 year olds. But I can feel that I have to recover longer and it takes me longer to overcome an injury.

I consider to run the following and slowly step up the doses.

100-500 mcg mod grf 1 29 (cjc 1295 without dac)
100-200 mcg Ipamorelin

3-4 times a day.
Before bed time
when I get up
after training
and generally at 3-4 hour intervals
I have read that Ipamorelin and GHRP6 can be taken 4 times a day in small doses, while GHRP2 can be taken up to 6 times a day

I will try to replace Ipamorelin with GHRP6 and GHRP2 to see if there is better effect, or take them during the day and Ipamorelin in the evening. I have not quite decided in now.

I plan to start with small doses and add more so that the body can get used to it.

Day 1-3: 50/50mcg mod grf (1-29)/Ipamorelin pre-bed.
Day 4-6: 50/50mcg mod grf (1-29)/Ipamorelin morning and pre-bed.
Day 7-9: 50/50mcg mod grf (1-29)/Ipamorelin morning, afternoon/PWO and pre-bed.
Day 10-12: 75/75mcg mod grf (1-29)/Ipamorelin morning, afternoon/PWO and pre-bed.
Day 13-20: 100/100mcg mod grf (1-29)/Ipamorelin morning, afternoon/PWO and pre-bed.
Day 21-40: 150/150mcg mod grf (1-29)/Ipamorelin morning, afternoon/PWO and pre-bed
Day 41-> 300/200mcg mod grf (1-29)/Ipamorelin morning, afternoon/PWO and pre-bed

What is your input to the above?
And can I run this stack every day?
On reddit people write that they are 5 days on and 2 days off. Is it ok to run it 7 days a week?
And for how long at a time can i run this stack?
Is there anything else I need to be aware of?

Do you have any good ideas for how to have your needles, syringes and stack with you?
Is there any kind of syringe that you can fill up to 4 doses of 100mcg total 400mcg. And every time i have to take a dose, only 100mcg comes out?

There is new knowledge regarding these peptides: that Dat may have overstated their efficacy a bit because he was "Tom."

I really like grf (1-29) and ipamorelin but it's a lot of hassle. Unless you are getting some great deal on them I would just add in hgh instead. If you are new to it just add in about 2iu to begin with. Then after 1 week add in a 2nd 2iu shot so 4iu per day. I would dose that pre workout and pre bed unless you train in the evening then do it first thing then preworkout or pre bed. You could even just do the whole 4iu in 1 shot if you prefer. Run that 7 days per week. Nice and simple and it saves you injecting yourself 4 times daily. Notwithstanding I used to love high dosing ipam pre bed and that felt amazing but it's not cost effective because you need to use 600mcg-1mg (with 200mcg mod grf) for it to really work.

hgh is just a little above my comfort level right now. I would like to try hgh at some point when I have more experience.

If I'm ok whit sting myself 3-4 times a day. Will mod grf (1-29) combined with Ipamorelin, GHRP-2, or GHRP-6 work fine?

But I consider GHRP-2, or GHRP-6 at day time and ipamorelin before bed time to get the price down a bit. But yes the price is insanely high.

I was also going to recommend MK-677 because it's great but it does come with potential issues. For a beginner it would be so much easier than all those peptides. Moreover, it would also be a fraction of the price. In regards to changes to a physique it can have huge effects but the potential for side effects are high but also very dose dependent. This is why Geno made 10mg tabs as opposed to 25mg. The higher the dose the more water retention you will likely put on. It can also increase fasted blood glucose, heart rate and blood pressure. At 10mg per day it would make a nice addition but when using higher doses I would monitor those 3 particular things closely. I personally get a lot from MK-677 but it also makes me extremely tired so I can never use more than 10mg per day without struggling. Many others can take much higher doses per day and feel fine so the difference varies massively between people.

Incidentally your logic on hgh is flawed so I wouldn't consider it worse (comfort level) to injecting 2 peptides 4 times daily. It's just a lot more convenient and if you keep the dose low it's certainly not what I consider dangerous. Although just do what you want and if that is peptides go for it. I would recommend GHRP-2 in the day time over Ipamorelin to keep cost down as it's the most cost effective and you only need 100-200mcg for results. Although if using peptides I do recommend a higher dose of Ipam before bed which is the opposite of cost effective.

Not the best advice but if you google it a few larger sites will come up at the top of your search and they should be fine. Regarding HGH and IGF-1 just search this forum as there is tonnes of information that has been posted on here over the years.
