Hey I'm new to peptides, and want to make sure I'm on the right track.
I have read DatBtrue's thread, but would like to hear if there is any new knowledge about these peptides?
I am 174cm tall
70 kg
and about 40 years
My purpose with it is:
Faster recovery
injury prevention
train my injuries away (I have few small injuries not very much, a small knee injury from squats, and a small back injury from squats when I had to train myself up again. Whent to heavy
shed some fat
build a little more muscle and a little more strength (I do not expect big gains)
Strengthen my joints, bones and tendons
Get a low resting heart rate
Get a little better stemina
My shape, fitness, strength and stemina are better than most 20 year olds. But I can feel that I have to recover longer and it takes me longer to overcome an injury.
I consider to run the following and slowly step up the doses.
100-500 mcg mod grf 1 29 (cjc 1295 without dac)
100-200 mcg Ipamorelin
3-4 times a day.
Before bed time
when I get up
after training
and generally at 3-4 hour intervals
I have read that Ipamorelin and GHRP6 can be taken 4 times a day in small doses, while GHRP2 can be taken up to 6 times a day
I will try to replace Ipamorelin with GHRP6 and GHRP2 to see if there is better effect, or take them during the day and Ipamorelin in the evening. I have not quite decided in now.
I plan to start with small doses and add more so that the body can get used to it.
Day 1-3: 50/50mcg mod grf (1-29)/Ipamorelin pre-bed.
Day 4-6: 50/50mcg mod grf (1-29)/Ipamorelin morning and pre-bed.
Day 7-9: 50/50mcg mod grf (1-29)/Ipamorelin morning, afternoon/PWO and pre-bed.
Day 10-12: 75/75mcg mod grf (1-29)/Ipamorelin morning, afternoon/PWO and pre-bed.
Day 13-20: 100/100mcg mod grf (1-29)/Ipamorelin morning, afternoon/PWO and pre-bed.
Day 21-40: 150/150mcg mod grf (1-29)/Ipamorelin morning, afternoon/PWO and pre-bed
Day 41-> 300/200mcg mod grf (1-29)/Ipamorelin morning, afternoon/PWO and pre-bed
What is your input to the above?
And can I run this stack every day?
On reddit people write that they are 5 days on and 2 days off. Is it ok to run it 7 days a week?
And for how long at a time can i run this stack?
Is there anything else I need to be aware of?
Do you have any good ideas for how to have your needles, syringes and stack with you?
Is there any kind of syringe that you can fill up to 4 doses of 100mcg total 400mcg. And every time i have to take a dose, only 100mcg comes out?
