OP even with avar I would recommend starting at 5mg. Most women are very sensitive to aas so they only need tiny amounts and even that can have a massive effect. Start as low as possible to gauge sensitivity and side effects and go from there. Most women do fantastic with 5-10mg avar. The issue with avar is you have to be extremely careful with your source.

You should be careful but you should also requisition a lab analysis on the product. This should cost around $200-$500 depending on the lab. This is very important to do especially if a woman was consuming the product.
