I agree!I’ve been on my soap box about this for years - pin IM! I have no clue why you guys do this to yourselves…
I have been pinning sub-q for many years. To much volume can lead to welts from my experience. .25 ml is about as much as i do at one time. More then that starts to raise the chance of swelling. Injecting to quickly can disrupt the tissue as well. I prefer to not poke holes in the muscle any more then i need to. As i do daily pinning large volumes are not needed for me. Others have their own opinions.
As i wrote above i have done thousands of sub-q injects with various compounds. And i inject daily to keep things very stable. Others should do what they think is best for themselves.Above is how to do it if one insists on sub q - very small ED injections like 0.1 to 0.2ml can work but anything more in oil sucks. Sure - you can do it but standard result is an annoying nodule that slowly dissipates.
If I'm injecting 1ml or under it's a slin pin and shallow intermuscular - say 1/2" needle max. If I'm cruising it's often 1.6ml so a single weekly shot in normal 3cc syringe or two shots spaced M/R or whatever via slin pin. Honestly I like a single longer ester inject weekly over the weekend and done.
LolI have done thousands of oil based sub-q injections. Seems Emeric and many others have as well with good results and no welts/swelling. Or at least no more then i got with IM. I can choose to poke holes and disrupt tissue in the skin as well as the muscle or just through the skin. The end result is the same. I support people choosing what they think is best for themselves. I could care less which way a person chooses to inject.
I have been doing sub q for many years. Never had a lump or bruise as long as never going over .2 cc and using a 27 to 30 gauge pin. You also have to be aware of the oil you are injecting as some of the thicker oils like on testoviron and aspen sustanon use refined peanut oil. AAS suspended in castor oil? Forget about it. For what I know about UG companies, many use mct, grapeseed oil, migoyl, and EO so many are very thin.Injected around .3ml of test subq into love handle on monday. And its turned into a red lump and has grown bigger over the last 24 hours i did not heat up the oil before hand. i have used this test IM with no issues.
Is this normal? kind of worried if it will turn into cellulitis.
What type of cycle are you doing? For me Sub q is reserved for hrt doses of 20 mg a day and gh or peptides. I did experiment with a cycle running all sub q shots and got tired of all the little pricks instead of the standard IM daggers. I am lean but not super lean so the sub q goes in delts upper quads top of glutes and lastly the belly.Im not going to keep doing sub q ill just go im like i always have. Yea i used to bury 1.5 22 guage into
My delts and do 2-3 cc multiple times
A week. Like an idiot
Me too. Not sure why it bugs people so bad how peope inject drugs. LOLI have done thousands of oil based sub-q injections. I used him for a few years. As you noted many followed his protocols with good results. Just finished my last cycle one doing 45mg/day sub-q. 30mg TC+15mg primo a day. I would not use sub-q if i was doing several ml's a week. 1 shot a week cause a 3 fold increase or decrease depending on how you look at it of my blood concentration of test. Even with a moderate ester i find like E or C at least 2-3 shots are needed to have somewhat stable blood values for me.Dr John was one of the most recognized and popular HRT doc for those that remember All Things Male. He popularized sub q HRT and had thousands of clients on it. There is a ton of research out there outline why sub q works best for hormone replacement.
I am not out to promote sub q or change anyone's mind, but for me it is a great way to bridge between cycles for those like me that don't come off testosterone year round. I don't cycle heavy anymore but when I do 2 to 3 times a year sub q HRT gives me better results than 2 small IM shots that I used to do.
I have never tried taking jizz rectally butt if it works for you...........I do all of my shots Sub Q and take all of my orals SubLingual. But I take my coffeee Sub Rectally and my Jizz too.
Just to clarify, I was quoting your post and crediting it with "how to do it". I don't do sub q oils for preferences stated but if one does, it's your way or a life of lumps. As i wrote above i have done thousands of sub-q injects with various compounds. I started doing sub a to try and control hematocrit during HRT and DR John had a lot of info on it and patient examples. There was literature out there stating such but it was centered around traditional men Dr John was treating and trans people who weren't lifters. A lot of data back then came from Canada and transgender women taking testosterone. Thought it was weird at the time. I could look a lot of this stuff back up but like said I am not promoting it either way or trying to change anyone's mind just giving the original poster a bit more background and tips on how to avoid lumps and bruises.I used him for a few years. And as i posted and others, i have done thousands of shots sub-q with no lumps so i would guess you are not doing it my way. But i support you doing all IM if you want i have done thousands that way too. Just personal preference depending on the circumstances. My ego is not so weak that i think everyone needs to do things my way. I could care less. I just put out data that i read or my personal experience that people can use or wipe their ass with.Just to clarify, I was quoting your post and crediting it with "how to do it". Exactly i was going to mention this. Frequent injection, especially sub q helps keep hematocrit lower. And of course lower dosages.I started doing sub a to try and control hematocrit during HRT and DR John had a lot of info on it and patient examples.
