Okay so this is going to be my fist time using gear ever. I'm looking for suggestions I've been doin a little research and found some stuff. I'm looking to put some size but most importantly shread body fat I don't want the bulky look. So I'm def going to have winny in the stack. I'm 5'8" I weight about 190 and have about 14-15%bf I have just started fowllowing a diet for the past couple weeks. Anyone feel free to recomend any stacks to achieve the results I want, also recomended doseages, and one thing I'm also lost on is pct and live support I want to have everyhing outlined before I start. Thanks in advance, just joined this forum read alot of good information
 
You need to do more reading. All of this information you can find quite easily on the net. It does take time but obviously your not informed about what your doing. First off, its very hard to bulk and cut BF and only certain drugs can help in attaining this (none of which are suitable for a beginner). How old are you? If you've only had your diet in check for a few weeks AAS is not for you. You need to get on a well-maintained idet consisting of months and years as well as training. What does your training look like? Also, Winny in your very first cycle? And you want to stack with the Winny? How do you know how your b ody will react to each compound? You need to do ALOT more research before jumping into AAS. Its not a quick fix like most people think that it is.

You may want to post this in the beginner section, also you will need to suggest something for us to critique.

What I will say is that you should hold off on the cycle and diet down to ~10% bodyfat before using AAS.
 
i'm nowhere near as experienced as most of the guys on this board and i won't pretend to be. but you should state your stats. age, height, weight. and you're probably going to be told to do some more research. you should know what pct is before even thinking about starting a cycle. use the search button. but to answer some questions.... good liver protectants would be liv52 you can find it on some of the sponsers and milk thistle that you can get at a drug store or gnc or some place similiar. an adequate pct would include nolvadex and clomid. i'm going to say now that you shouldn't even consider a cycle yet because of your lack of knowledge, and i'm not insulting you because i don't know much either i just finished my first cycle and i'm still learning i learn something new every day on this forum. and make sure your diet is on point. a lot of people think they have their diet perfect when they really don't. assuming that you might just start a cycle anyways regardless of what people suggest, a simple test only cycle would be fine. something like 500mg of test e a week. but thats just my opinion and i said above i'm no expert. and i'm not suggesting any cycle to you i'm simply stating that a simple test only cycle would be fine for a first cycle. also i wouldn't use winny for a first cycle. and read this..... http://www.anasci.org/vB/showthread.php?t=2304 all your answers are in there anyways. my advise to you would to do a lot more research. read read read. and in the meantime, just train naturally. and i'm not saying that you don't know how to eat right because i don't know for sure read up on that too.

You evidently didn't read the rules, We can not lay out cycles for you, just critique what you have outlined. So, step one, read the rules, step 2 post this in the beginner's forum. Now, I am going to tell you like it is, work on your DIET first! AAS doesn't get you lean, eating clean does. At your weight, you have good size, but your BF is high. Get on a good DIET first, and worry about AAS later. Do a search on here, plenty of good advice. Big A has a sticky for beginners, read it.
 
Thanks for the responses didn't realize u couldn't lay it stacks for me. By the way I'm 24 I think I failded to mention that. I'm going to post my training and diet later so u guys can tell me what u think def will be doin more reading though
