Curious what you guys dose these at? I’ve heard from a few diff BBers that higher doses of each are beneficial for vascularity. Wondering if there’s any truth behind this? I know both are among my morning vitamins, just wasn’t sure the truth behind those statements?

I figure if it does increase blood flow and what all, maybe it’ll help in the recovery of my shoulder? Or am I grasping at air lol

Arginine isnt very good for NO production as it has poor absorption...you can raise plasma arginine more effectively with citrulline

Thnx for the info bro. What would be a solid dosing for citrulline?
 
I take 9 grams of fish oil daily....its not the oil that matters though....its the omega content. Shoot for 2-3 grams of omega 3's daily. For citrulline 6 grams pre workout and 3 grams post works for me.
 
L-arginine completely stand-alone is a hilarious waste of money.


Fish oil I don't even bother with because it gives me horrendous heartburn. I've seen most people dose it from about 2g all the way up to 10g daily.
