I was watching the news, and a cardiac doctor was saying that you shouldn't buy over the counter fish oils.
She went on to say that new research says if you're healthy, fish, oils can be bad for your heart, but if you're unhealthy and have heart issues, you should take prescription fish oil, that's higher in concentrations for heart health. Lol huh?
She talked about otc supplements not being regulated and often filled with other ingredients.
And that prescription fish oil doesn't have mercury in it.
edit: "bad for your health " lol I couldn't fix the subject.
