I’ve been receiving a bunch of questions regarding how my physique has changed over the years. I figured I would put together a few pics detailing the transformation. I’m a little stoned and this ended up being a very fun stroll down memory lane lol and I think I was able to find enough decent pictures.

Pic 1 - 17 year old high school fat piece of shit who spent his allowance ordering Pizza Hut every night after his parents went to bed - believe it or not I was actually taking Sus there as well - not joking

Pic 2 - 21 year old Adderrall college crackhead

Pic 3 - 24 years old - lifting for about a year after college and starting self prescribed TRT

Pic 4 - 27 years old - blasting and cruising - diet knowledge is meh

Pic 5 - 31 year old with a dad bod - been married for less than a year and in the middle of a divorce - On TRT but as you can easily see I was not doing much in the gym

Pic 6 - 32 years old - divorced, blasting and on the hunt for puss

Pic 7 - 34 years old - tore my pec the year before and Covid happened so I moved from weights to TRX

Pic 8 - 35 years old - after all you fuckers were making fun of me saying I looked like a swimmer and runner I started with weights again

Pic 9 - 36 years old - from this past February coming off a bulk at a nice puffy 220

Profile pic - Started blasting 10iu plus a day, caloric deficit and 2 cardio sessions a day and here we are…

Lol I really hope this was somehow informative or at last maybe a little inspirational in a non corny way to some of you new guys here maybe dealing with weight loss struggle and looking for support

Man oh man, you have you been through the ringer and out the other end, ending up a better person. Physique aside, you did good. You learn a lot about yourself in times like those.

And thanks for the share, the trip down memory lane. You look great on some of the shots. Good transformations there.

Keep grinding, I think you got it under control now having learned from your mistakes. It could all go away in a heartbeat so enjoy your hard earned physique.

Now . . . put down the pipe 😉

Great transformation. I'd say you look good in 7 that was your leanest? I'd guess about 184? People made fun of 8? I think that's your best look, lean and full arms still. 9 you put on some size and got the traps going but not as tight. What is your goal weight? How did the pec heal?

Good call! I was in the low 180s in Pic 7. But remember pics can be deceiving. I was my “skinniest” there but my BF is actually much lower now. I’m 25 pounds heavier now in the video below but way leaner with significantly more lean tissue.

Not sure I have a goal weight as I believe it’s just a number to use to track progress. I’m always about the mirror. So I think my goal is just continually drop BF while maintaining as much of my size as possible and for that the GH has been a godsend.

Pec healed ok lol. Still got about 25% of the muscle hanging off. Never had surgery. I just gotta be careful what exercises I do so I don’t snap the tendon again. Can’t free bench anymore. Mostly use the Prime and Arsenal plate loaded pressers.

Lol I’m half joking. But when I would post pics everyone would say I looked like a runner/swimmer on TRT and nothing more so that lit a fire under my ass to start lifting heavy again.

Damn was it a tendon tear with the bruising, or a tear in the muscle belly? There was a time I was young fat and strong and was repping 355 and I felt that tweak, couldn't lift the bar after and changed my outlook. Luckily just a muscle belly tear. I could only pull so I shrugged heavy still and hurt my back, so I could do nothing but diet and cardio for a while. I never touched flat bench again lol

I can’t give you a 100% accurate diagnosis as I never saw a medical doctor. But when I was benching it felt like my pec literally slid down my arm. I had dark bruising around the bicep but maybe only 10-20% of the size of what @Muay Thai just experienced. Didn’t do any upper body for a month and laid off chest completely for 3 months. Now like I said above it feels like a quarter of the muscle has separated off and is just chilling there all calcified. The tendon is very tight and thin feeling it could snap again if I do anything heavy. I also need to be careful doing pull ups and certain lat pull down type exercises and that also stresses it out. All in all I still consider myself lucky because I didn’t have surgery but am functioning at a high level and aesthetically it’s barely noticeable unless I raise my arm above my head and then you can see some inflammation.

10 iu's a day eh? It seems like that came out of nowhere LOL, or were you doing it before and didn't mention it in the pics / timeline you posted?

Also, how much of a difference do you feel 10 iu's makes, what changes / impact have you noticed by adding it in ?

I ran 3iu a day on and off for a decade prior to this. I had always talked about running high dose GH. I just wanted to get my blood glucose and diet in check before I started blasting that much.

In terms of side or ancillary benefits I don’t think much. But oh man it’s been super anti catabolic and I look full as fuck so I am a happy camper.

Awesome transformation. You're another example that anyone can build a great physique if they really get serious about diet and training - anyone who complains about their genetics needs to be directed to this thread. Yes the drugs help, but you can't take 10IUs of GH per day and half-ass everything and come out the way you have.

I wish I'd taken pics of my 'down phases', but I've been too insecure and only ever took pics when I thought I looked good.

Love the pic with glasses! They fit you perfectly and give off a semi hilarious jacked nerd/professional vibe 😂

100% and that’s why in the other thread I put that disclaimer. I don’t roll out of bed, shoot 10iu then hit up McDonald’s. All of these drugs are supplements. They are nothing without effort and discipline.

Usual tree rat story. Got my ass kicked over some fluffy tail, hid in the trunk for a while but finally came out and hit the branches and magic acorn juice real hard.
