decided to add more reps to the back movements instead of adding more weight.

injection in my delt got a little inflamed which caused my bicep to feel a little finicky.. so with me being super paranoid of a tear as it is, decided to be prudent and dial things back with the weight while still keeping intensity up.


I find that I can feel the weight much better in the muscle doing higher reps anyways... it's like the longer the set goes, the more I can feel it in my back... weird



Flash labs superdrol got me super pumped. the weights felt really light (lighter than they ever have), and appetite is still pretty damn high all things considered. :headbang:

So do you feel strength wise vs anadrol the superdrol is better? Im ordering from flash tomorrow and have never done it. I asked on there and lots of people like the strength gains. Im gonna use it the last 4 weeks of prep for my powerlifting meet. Wanted to stay away from drol due to blood pressure and some weight gain.

Love flash! Wish they would make it liquid. I did a short run with inj sdrol. It was awesome other than lethargic as fuck. Only ran it at 25 mg. 40 mg fuck. I’ll be following!

That’s why it’s amusing to me all powelrifters I know run anadrol. I’ll be running 40 mg a day of flash superdrol the last 4 weeks.
