Cuz it doesn't make ALL flat.....i'm very veiny and muscles are popping with carbs at about 200g daily...everybody is different.....just like I wouldn't put NPP even in the same ballpark as Tren..... but that's just me.

Think it depends what you run with it. 600 npp and I was very pumped and full. Also discovered that for me npp is an awesome appetite suppressant and doesn't bloat me at all. It fucked up my bulking but i discovered a powerful tool for my cuts.
Of course you are flat, there are SINGLE meals that should have more carbs than that. Your diet is 20% carbohydrate and it should be 40-50% carbohydrate.
I dont really crave carbs on tren I crave more fats.. my diet is around 300-400protein/ 400-500 carbs/ 120-150 fats should I change it up to incorporate more carbs ?
