That ^^^ is exactly what I'm using right now Purple waarth is really good, xtend is good too.

I like to add a scoop of hemoval with my 2 scoops of purple waarth. It works absolutely wonders for recovery between sets!

For those of you using Purple Wraath, did they change the flavoring of it? The reason I ask is that I used a couple tubs 2 years ago and the taste was great. However, I bought one earlier this year and the taste was very different, and not in a good way. Just wondering if they changed the formula or if I got a bad batch.
Aside from the (recent) taste, I like the product.

I found one called PNI MyoACTIV EAA's too. I will compare prices and see what I get.
