I had no idea they were doing a classic MR O, is that what they are calling Masters - now? Classic?
Damn I feel old.
I think classic is just weight classes by height. I for one hope he does well but he doesn't appear to have any legs at all.

He talks about Flex at 9:40. Same exact thing he told you basically.
I can't imagine the breathing issues they'd have with bw influxes of that order.Yeah went to kidney failure after the Ironman. Not too healthy to go from 208 to 245 in 3 weeks and then hit a bunch of diuretics and rebounding with poor kidneys.
But really, I think many pros could do such quick regaining of size, start clean and depleted and hit all the drugs hard, especially insulin. Basically just filling your muscle with water, only a small part being actual new muscle protein.

Dude - Where has time gone??????? I swear it feels like just yesterday we were all on the old 'Bolex and talking about Flex / Kevin etc. in their prime years!
Kid in the gym the other day asked me if I was prepping for a contest and which masters age group I would be in. I am not a violent person anymore - but part of me wanted to beat the hell out of that little bastard!!!!
And I am going to get a shirt that says -
"If you call me "sir" you better duck!!"

No. They added classic physique like a couple years ago, I think. So obviously there is a classic physique Mr. O. along with the other 3 Mr. O's (physique, 212, and the original Mr. O.). A bit excessive I think.
There used to be a Masters Mr O, remember them?
That's where kevin and flex should compete not in the open...
Ronnie was the only freak that was dominant in his 40's...maybe Kevin would have been there too if he stayed with it in the last decade and a half, but Flex really don't count cause he wrecked his health and has one kidney.
