Just wanted to pass on the awesome news to fellow PM brothers...just got off the phone with Flex's mum and he was announced as the overall champion at the British Nationals a few moments ago.

Yeah flex looked awesome, made massive improvement since last yr and really did deserve his clas win and over all. Was the best showing at the british finals for a long long time, lots of good physiques rising up though the ranks now in britain. Hopefully should have a few more very competitive british pro's around in the next few yrs. Heres a link to a few pics
