Flex is the most down to earth Pro i've met. Very gracious and open to discuss training, nutrition, etc. Gaspari treats him very good.

Flex's arms are freaking AWESOME. Perfect in my opinion. Gaspari is a big dude too but he looks very small in comparison (then again he isnt competing).

Rich is looking big, he's way bigger than he was 6 months ago. Interesting how Flex trains, it obviously works for him, but it wouldn't work for me.

He trains super light (for him), high reps, never to absolute failure, and certainly not beyond. His arms look good though, no doubt, but I wouldnt' call his triceps one of his best bodyparts.

Deezam Flex is a tank his outter tri head really pops, makes them look low on the arm. Hes going to be at the AZ open in july i hope i get to at least get a pic with him... and do well in my wieght class of course
