I agree that Flex magazine went down the drain in the last few years. It seemed they only had contracts with a few bodybuilders and flooded the magazine with the same pictures non-stop. All the cool guys were going to MD magazine.

You would think someone would have thought ahead. Perhaps they will replace it with "Classic" Flex mag or "Board Shorts" magazine.

The fact that the sport of Bodybuilding has somewhat died because of Phil Heath winning it every year. And no one else worth looking at to compete against him has ruined the sport of bodybuilding. No one can hold a candle to the guys of the 90's. Phil has such a piss poor attitude.

I think people just started to realize that flex magazine made them look like a homo.

Dont get me wrong I've bought some muscle mags but you cant help but look from an outsiders perspective and say "this looks like gay porn".

Times have changed. Very small market for it.


This will eventually happen for mainstream news, they are already not reporting actual news. Even though that's been going on for quite some time.


Crazy the level even once great outlets like YouTube are censoring and banning the content that they don't want you to see.


For example I watch Jordan Peterson religiously among others, but he's rarely to never the first suggestion on my feed in addition to Youtube not monetizing their videos. Yet if I watch one left leaning video(because I watch both) my feed will be nothing but SJW extreme left BS.

It’s funny reading the headlines on the covers. They could be the headlines on any modern issues published this year lol Guess not much has changed

The lack of young pros is hurting the sport as well. I can think of at least 7 guys between open and 212 that competed at last weekend's Arnold who are over 40 - Wolf, McMillan, Jackson, Raymond, Yamagishi, Elgargni, Dixon.

I wish it was only the millennials that had this problem. Sadly, it's not. I see 40 year old men on bodybuilding boards all over the place who can't read more than 2-3 sentences without referring to someone's post as a "book"....and 2-3 paragraphs is now a "novel". Fuckin' retards. When I read shit like that I think to myself "how in the hell does this person even function in life if they can't focus on one thing for more than 5 seconds?"....and then I realize they probably don't...at least not very well.
