So woke up this morning and found out the hotel had a very small gym in it. So I took advantage of the dumbells and got a nice little workout in. I did some shoulders tris and abs.
Supersetted: DB side laterals (3) 25lbs x 15
DB front raises (3) 25lbs x 10-12
Supersetted: seated DB rear felt flys: (3) 25lbs x 15-20
Standing FB shrugs (3) 50lbsx failure/ holding each rep for 2 seconds count at the top
Seated DB shoulder press: (3) 50xfailure
Single Arm DB tricep ext: (3) 30lbs x 15
Lying DB skull crushers: (3) 35x12
Ab's: various crunches using medicine ball
Was actually surpised at how good I felt after. I also added superdrol starting yesterday cause I am getting quite low on my Atlas products. The best part was the massive breakfast I got to eat afterwards was this huge plate of eggs illness 2 bowls of cereal cup of appl juice cup of coffee and cup of water.
