So woke up this morning and found out the hotel had a very small gym in it. So I took advantage of the dumbells and got a nice little workout in. I did some shoulders tris and abs.
Supersetted: DB side laterals (3) 25lbs x 15
DB front raises (3) 25lbs x 10-12
Supersetted: seated DB rear felt flys: (3) 25lbs x 15-20
Standing FB shrugs (3) 50lbsx failure/ holding each rep for 2 seconds count at the top
Seated DB shoulder press: (3) 50xfailure
Single Arm DB tricep ext: (3) 30lbs x 15
Lying DB skull crushers: (3) 35x12
Ab's: various crunches using medicine ball

Was actually surpised at how good I felt after. I also added superdrol starting yesterday cause I am getting quite low on my Atlas products. The best part was the massive breakfast I got to eat afterwards was this huge plate of eggs illness 2 bowls of cereal cup of appl juice cup of coffee and cup of water.

So today is my daughters cancer surgery. Had to be at hospital by 6am so I woke up at 345am and had a 60g protein shake and bowl of cheerios. Then hit the hotel gym for 35-40mins. Got in a quick back biceps and workout.
Lying DB pullover: 50lbs 3x15
Single Arm DB row: 50lbs 4x15,15,12,11. Cuz the weight was so light I held the top of the contraction for a 2 sec hold and really exaggerated the stretch.
Stiff-Legged Deadlift: 50lbs DB 3x15
Single Arm Concentration Curl: 30lbs DB 2x12(palms in)/2x12 (hammer style)
Ab's: 100reps alternating various ab exercises

After I got back to my room I had another 60g protein shake(whey/casein mix)
With a banana. So I was still starving. So I couldn't have my actual post workout meal till 8am cause that's when the hospital food court opened. And then I went beast mode with a whole plate of scrambled eggs 2 sausage links and home fries alone with a cran-apple juice. Now I amin the waiting room at the hospital waiting till my baby gets cleared outta surgery and then I'll be here the rest of the day cuz she has to stay overnight. So I'll update y'all as soon as I hear anything new. I don't think I'll be getting any workouts in tomorrow because tomorrow we're suppose to be going home and it's gonna be a hectic schedule so I'm. So the last 3 days I've been really sick and yesterday I went to the hospital because of it. The first day I felt like I was extremely sore all over but I thought it may be from the gym. So I let it go. The 2nd day it got worse and the archness was not only all over muscle wise but felt like my bones as well as my head and I started burning up. I take my temp and it's 203.7. I still go to work that nite because I don't wanna miss too much time with everything going on with my daughter. So then the next day comes along and I still feel like crap. And by nite time the next day I feel like it got 10x worse. All a sudden I started getting delerious and mumbling stuff that made no sense. My girlfriend took my temp and it was almost 104. So I went to the ER. They gave me IV fluids and antibiotics. Also did bloodwork and come to find out they said I'm anemic. Which is a blood disorder. But what doesn't make sense is having it at my age 30yrs old and my lifestyle I shouldn't have it. So I have to follow up with my primary. I'm
Writing this from work right now cause my temp isn't as bad tonite. It's only 100.7 so I came in to work still so I didn't miss another day. I'm feeling a little better as times going on but still gotta see my primary this upcoming week.

Hope you feel better soon. I see you wrote that your bloodwork determined you were anemic. I made myself anemic from donating blood every 2-3 months. If you are donating that is most likely the cause,best of luck

Thanks for replying Mike. What I don't understand I I had bloodwork done I believe around 3 months ago and it was all good no signs of anything negative. So I'm thinking it's temporary. Going later this week for a recheck up. But I also wanted to say I just finished my bottles from Atlas. These oils were so exceptionally smooth and very very potent. Tren had me sweating literally 24/7 and my libido from the test and Tren was through roof. And my favorite of all was the Primo. Brought out insane vascularity and I roundness to my muscles that is very distinct to Primo. I definetly got a lot of compliments and really appreciate the opportunity Atlas gave me. Atlas definetly has my nod and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Great products and awesome pricing too.
