Exactly what Bio said is so true. Just like to add I love both compound. But together the synergy is unbelievable. I’m currently doing 25mg daily and 5-6iu gh split daily. Just praying this massive tricep bruise isn’t a tear. And I honestly don’t think it is. Bedford I noticed the bruising today I was doing 185 barbell rows for 15-20 reps with no straps and had no issues. So thinking it’s just a pull/strain

So as of now my current diagnosis is a small tricep year. Brusising is getting worse. But doctor at my job said it’s gonna get like that look wise before it get better. So I’m still going to gym but going a lot lot lighter and using 15-220 rep range on upper body exercises. Weight is holding steady between 233-235. Still taking 25mg daily right around bedtime.
