I was wondering how or what you guys do to keep flexabilty. I strech out every day but it seemsl ike my flexabilty has decreased a lot in the last year.
 
Every person who is active should have a foam roller, they work wonders.
 
I stretch every muscle 5 days a week. 2 minutes per muscle. Never have to worry about flexibility.
 
The foam roller helps a lot! A stretch assist wrap for 15 bucks from wallmart can help you push yourself on stretches. Another option could be to get one of those stick rollers. Hope this is helpful.
 
screw foam rollers, get some lacrosse balls and roll around on your tender spots to destroy those nasty bits. for quads, use a pvc pipe. its murderously painful, but if your even remotely heavy foam rollers just flatten and you dont end up getting anything out of them
 
P90X stretch once a week and foam rolling after and I am loose as a goose lol

I think any yoga based stretching will help although it is hard starting out.
 
Foam rolling certainly helps. Look up DC stretching. This has increased my flexibility while gaining size which is not easy to do.
