Man yesterday i did tris and bis and i swear to ya i couldnt even scratch the back of my head and it itched but my arms were so full so i couldnt reach around to scartch it lol, not to mention take my shirt off i had to have my girl take my shirts off cause im just not flexible i guess, this only seems like its gonna get worse i need some opinions on what i should do cause even with my posing i feel not as flexible does anyone know what the hell im talking about hope so cause need some sort of advice for streching or for flexibility.
 
I get like that after workouts when All pumped up.
usually in few hrs or so the swelling will go down ;)

I hear ya, Ive never been very flexable myself either.
 
I too get like that...The shirt gets stuck and you just say forget it and sit in your own sweat until the pump goes down.

yup exactly if my girl isnt home im stuck in a sweaty ass t shirt lol.
 
Moral of the story...don't wear your girlfriends shirts and you'll be able to take them off.

That would be Dirk Diggler...and I'm not equipped enough to use that handle.

You're right about your girl and x-large. Although with one of those baby tees and a good surgeon it might not be too bad of a scenario.
 
I've been having the same problem. My arms are just a tad over 20 inches pumped but it seems my shoulders and arms are very non flexible.

My wife has to get my wet shirt off me as well at times to keep me from ripping it. I can no longer scratch my back etc.

I read Manfred Hoeberls book called 10 minutes to big arms. He stresses many times throughout the book how he stretches before and after his workout to gain flexibility because hes seen so many guys like my self who were very inflexible.

I've also noticed my lat width has hurt my flexibility as well. Obviously the bigger we get the worse this is going to be. I'm just not interested in stretching for 20 minutes after a workout:rolleyes:
 
dc's streches have helped me alot, esp quads, i'm going to hire him soon and i can't wait
