I take four supplements that are immune specific, beta-glucan 250mg (its like 3,5 9,10 or something beta glucan actually, High Ig colostrum 100 mg, NAC 600 mg, Reishi mushroom, all by swanson although i sometimes use jarrow nac. i take those 3x a day when i even feel a bit off, and beta glucan before bed always in the winter months. I occasionally pop an anadrol if im startin to feel bad, i swear this helps my immune system
