Foamy urine

Anyone else have this?
Freaked me out, had urnie analysis and bloods, everyrhing came back fine. Creatinine had actually decreased and gfr increased which I'm putting down to the astragalus

I’ve always wondered how guys determine if their piss is foamy. I’m 6’2” and my stream always makes bubbles. When I think foam I think of dish soap in the sink, etc. I’ve never seen or experienced anything of the sort in my life.

I've always been more concerned about color than foamy vs. not-foamy.
When you're drinking a gallon+ of water everyday and your pee is dark yellow/brown, time to be concerned.
Same with your shit. You can push too hard/wipe too hard, get a little cut and have bright red blood - this is generally no problem. Watch out, however, if you have any dark red, brick red color in your poop - that's much more serious.
In both cases you could be looking at liver/kidney damage.

Dehydration definitely can cause this

Dehydration CAN cause this. However, if it persist longer than a week I’d be at the doctor having my kidneys looked at. I had a kidney injury that I recovered from and this was one of my symptoms.

THIS. I know for a fact that when I push my protein level up that my urine becomes foamy. HAPPENS. EVERY. TIME.
