Follistatin or ACE-031?

Follistatin or ACE-031?? which one do you think is overall better? Folli has the higher price tag but could ACE-031 be better value for your money?

Summary of Preliminary ACE-031 Phase 1b Study Results:

Lean Mass: Mean total body lean mass measured by DXA at day 36 increased by 5.2% from baseline in the group receiving ACE-031 at 1 mg/kg every 2 weeks. This was statistically significant compared to the 0.4% increase in the placebo group (p=0.008) and was sustained through day 57. Significant increases were also seen at doses of 2 and 3 mg/kg every 4 weeks.

So it looks like in order to gain about 10 pounds in a month you will need to use about 100mg (assuming you're about 200 pounds) every 2 weeks. Not sure what follistatin equals out to but from some of the readers here, they were getting similar results with just 1mg a week.

hey jay,

didnt answer you via pm. Honestly having only taken one of the two, folli. I would go with the known quantity here. You will get great results from folli. I would let FutureFreak finish his trials up and see the results and look at ace-031 down the road a bit.

Started ACE031 from Phil yesterday,...took 100 mcg bilat in shoulders... had insane pump this morning. I will finish this in 10 days.. then move on to Folli, hopefully will get it in 10 days from Phil. And soon will have comparisons... As for ACE031....i injected 100 mcg last night .. had amazing feeling today, pinned another 100 today in Biceps, and see how arms workout goes tonight.. I am sure it wont disappoint me..

I personally prefer the Folli for what it's worth. Ran them both and finishing tail end of the Folli and I am getting more- like now.
