Food intake - following growth principles for beginners

I didn't want to post it within Big A article so here it goes.

Big A or anyone else, I am following the basics with food intake and protein. I eat four meals at work (every two hours) and then by the time I get home and have dinner I feel really full and have to force myself to eat. After the meal and even during the meal, I don't feel good. I can't decribe it, but I think a bit of feeling nauseas, almost feeling like I want to vomit. It seems to be happening around meals that I have around 5-6 in the evening and it continues into the night. The last two days I have skipped my last shake for the evening and my cottage cheese 'cause of this feeling like 'crap'. It's not fun as it lasts so long into the night. I feel the best when I wake up the next morning.

I have four solid meals at work with 1 scoop of whey with three of them. Then dinner, where if I'm feeling good I will have my meat protein and eggs so no whey - otherwise substitute whey for eggs. Then, PWO shake and an hour later last meal of the day - kefir with some whey, fats, and cottage cheese.

Now that I think of it, it started happening around the time I started taking d-bol 3x day at 10mg each - about 9 days ago.

I'm 10 weeks into 500mg test e/wk. The last 5 weeks I will finish with test p with 100mg eod.

Any ideas/advice?

Thanks.

Guys, anyone?

Could it be signs of not enough water?

I would like to solve it so I don't feel like sh** anymore.

Maybe since it started around the time you began the Dbol, you should stop taking it.

Sounds like your liver is stressed.

if you are questioning the water

the it most likely isnt enough.. big a said it. and i agree. your liver is stressed, might wanna get some liver assistant. seriously. as well as bumpin your water intake up.. and beyond that, it is always hard to take your body to the next level. that is part of bodybuilding. hell. i have gagged, and then puked up my meal, then waited another 10 minutes and drank a shake to get something in my body. i was gaining weight like a madman though. eating 5 whole food meals and 2-3 shakes a day. and i went from 140ish to 225 in 10 months. yea. crazy. but i also then realized that as i grew, i didnt really get as nausous anymore. it went away. and my body started to REQUIRE more just to maintain.

drink more water, and take some digestive enzymes..

Have your liver values checked first but you may very well have some lactose intolerance. See if eating less diary products will make you feel better. You may have an lactose intolerance. Check your protein powder too if is free lactose.

With each d-bol pill, I have been taking one milk thistle and one liv-52 tablet.

It's been only 9 days or so on d-bol. But, once in a while I feel lower abdomen pain, so I would assume it is liver.

I also started taking digestive enzyme pills as well about 2-3 weeks ago.
