I'm on the road all the time and I have mastered the art of traveling and eating.
1. Invest in a quality good cooler that insulates well and some ice packs,
2. 93% pre made turkey burgers are great to take along with you. They aren't bad cold with a little spicy brown mustard. Mustard had no cals.
3. Tuna packs or cans.
4. Almonds
5. Protein obviously
6. If you can't bring a microwave bring a small George foreman along with you. If you have access to a light bulb you can buy an adapter that you can screw into the light bulb socket and use it as an electric source.
7. Oven roasted turkey breast
8. Whole wheat bread
9. Container of instant oats. I like mixing in couple scoops of whey in my Oats and nuking it. Tastes delicious.
10. I bring a lot bananas and apples
11. 90 second brown rice packs
12. Broccoli
that's all I can think of for now
