Food part 2. What do you force down that you hate?

Chicken breasts with no seasoning..........Uggggh.
 
Agreed, eggs are a good example for me.

Plain egg whites scrambled just wouldn't cut it for me and I'd grow to hate them again for sure. My last meal was egg whites+1 whole egg, some ground turkey... chipotle salsa, red onions and a little fresh garlic, sea salt and a spicy steak seasoning. A little chopping and food combining makes things a LOT better.

its funny how our taste can be so different. plain egg whites is seriously one of my favorite foods with just a little salt added lol
 
I think I had to build up my taste for eggs again after a period of time trying out Vince Gironda's diet ideas when I had no money and eggs were free

Raw eggs+heavy cream several times a day(24-36 daily) made me HATE the sight of them and I probably didn't eat eggs of any form for 2 years... I'm building back up haha
 
Tuna and sardines. Although I don't eat them much for that reason.

Drinking raw egg isn't the best either.

Surprised by the protein shakes... although most of the year and mix with milk which makes them taste really nice to me.
 
Fish. Egg whites are okay if mixed with brown rice and "I can't beleive it's not butter spray" besides that I gag
 
Cold Chicken breast and Brown rice!! Hard to swallow those things. I just blend them in the blender with protein drink hehe!
 
Raw eggs. You've really gotta be "in the mood" for a lack of a better term. I wish I'd grown up drinking them, then I'd probably enjoy 'em. The results make it worth it, but they can be dreadful.
 
Grapefruit for me. So what i do is skin it, halve it and put it in the blender with a half packet of crystal light on the go and a scoop of xtend watermelon. Taste really good this way and get all the benefits of grapefruit
 
i dont mind tuna but haaaate scrambled eggs..

i duno what it is, the texture or something makes me want to puke. i usually have to dump some Pace salsa all over it to mask the flavor. haha

Olive oil, my body reacts like a cat that gets splashed with water. Its like every atom in my body screams NOOOOOOOOOOOO

I used to drink tuna shakes... THAT was not so pleasent, it tasted like i was drinking wet toiletpaper mixed with liquid metal.
 
Couple ideas for those who hate tuna:

tuna omelet with salsa (no cheese unless its allowed in your diet). Part of what sucks with canned tuna is the dryness, which this alleviates

tuna in grits with bbq and/or hot sauce. I know it sounds weird, but this is actually awesome
 
Chicken - I need marinade... sodium be damned! Still pretty nasty

Ground Turkey - with ketchup is good, without death...

OLIVE OIL!! - Lord it is nasty

Why eat something you not like to eat, does not
taste good (regardless of how "good" it is for you)
when there are SO many good tasting, healthy food
choices, so many cuisines to choose from out there.

when Im hungry it all tastes fucking good. I stopped forcefeeding myself and have stopped gaining so much fat...yet the scale slowly moves up :)
 
Canned Tuna! I once forgot my meals at home, and I had to go to a local store by my job to get tuna to eat.
 
During prep I'd have to say lean meat of any kind. Doesn't matter what it is, I have to eat every bite with a gulp of water after 4-6 weeks prepping.

Offeseason I create enough variety to prevent
 
chicken breast, fish, eggs, protein powder, all veggies, oatmeal, brown rice...................
