Plain egg whites scrambled just wouldn't cut it for me and I'd grow to hate them again for sure. My last meal was egg whites+1 whole egg, some ground turkey... chipotle salsa, red onions and a little fresh garlic, sea salt and a spicy steak seasoning. A little chopping and food combining makes things a LOT better.

Raw eggs+heavy cream several times a day(24-36 daily) made me HATE the sight of them and I probably didn't eat eggs of any form for 2 years... I'm building back up haha
Raw eggs. You've really gotta be "in the mood" for a lack of a better term. I wish I'd grown up drinking them, then I'd probably enjoy 'em. The results make it worth it, but they can be dreadful.
Grapefruit for me. So what i do is skin it, halve it and put it in the blender with a half packet of crystal light on the go and a scoop of xtend watermelon. Taste really good this way and get all the benefits of grapefruit

when there are SO many good tasting, healthy food
choices, so many cuisines to choose from out there.
