Exactly. COSTCO or SAMS CLUB brothers!!! Beef or chicken in bulk at the best price. To try and duplicate at your local grocer and you will double the cost.....

Only decent deal at the warehouse clubs is ground beef. you will pay more for steak and chicken ( I can get chicken on sale for 1.69/lb and atleast one of the grocery stores will have it at that price in any given week) you will pay atleast $3/lb at sams/costco. Most people dont realize that everything in those clubs is not a great deal, a lot of it is but some of is definitely not.

$3/lb...Not sure...I haven't done the math on the frozen, but I'll bet what ever the local grocery store has costs over all more than Costco...If you get the Executive Membership(Like you should already own), you also get back 2% at the end of the year...Just buy frozen in bulk and you should be OK.
If you calculate everything...I believe it works out cheaper in the end if you just go to Costco.

Thanks DH, I use the Parkay fat free spray butter, it claims to have zero calories. However, each spray is 5mg of sodium. You've got me wondering now, just how accurate the label claims are.

The label claims are likely accurate. The "fat free" is simply a function of serving size and the FDA has allowed less than a given amount(not sure of that amount) to equal zero, in spite of the fact that there is fat in the product.
