Don't know why but for some odd reason lately when I stretch before doing cardio in the mornings i'm getting these horrible cramps in my feet where they'll curl up like a boomerang....its preventing from really stretching the top part of the ankle leading up to the shin....as i start running the pain starts to radiate in the shin area making me run flat footed.....ive never really had this happen in the past....i have to stop a few times just to try to stretch em out.....can't put my finger on why this is happening.... i try to stretch as best i can beforehand.... any ideas??? im currently cutting so protein is high, carbs and fat are on the low side....i consume a fair amount of water as well..
