worth a try mate. check the studies. I think it's been used for RA and OA , to bring down inflammation and pain relief . like I said its cheap , non invasive does no harm plenty of studies to prove that. put it on and forget about it. Hope it helps . All the best mate.

I'm going to see an orthopedic surgeon on the 31. I have a 60% tear in my supraspinatus tendon. I'ts just weird i can still incline 275x10. But, certain angles are a huge no go. I'm hoping its a quick/clean job. Stocked up on gh and peptides for recovery and my buddy owns a cryotherapy center.

I have partial tears in both Rotator cuffs.. that soon led to me separating my AC Joint. That's when I thought I was having a fucking heart attack. Fucking crazy pain! Finally got in the see the surgeon (He works on all the New Orleans Saints) and he said I am on steroids and will certainly lift heavy again and fuck it up again so he advised against surgery until I decided to get off the sauce and stop lifting heavy.. that was 4 years ago.

WOW! He didn't pull any punches, did he? What did you decide?

I still haven't got them fixed. I take GH as well as started trying to strengthen my actual rotator cuff and it seems to have helped. I still can't do any other body part with shoulders as they hurt so bad I can barely drive home after. I suppose in the future I'll get them scoped but not anytime soon.
