I do the rack chins, I also worked with DC for a spell, He sent me some very good routines and i really liked what happened to my Physique, rack chins are great, i get my girl to load me up on my thighs with 45s and away i go....

Im in contest mode now so im stoked to see what Mr.hernon and i can do with my cutting phase...

For racked pulls, the biggest challenge for me is getting someone to load the plates on my lap and have them remove it in time...

I was just curious what it took to get Dantes help for his DC training or if he has to know you. I used to compete ten years ago and I have this 23 year old kid at my gym begging me to train him I just dont have the time or motivation to do it anymore.This kid looks great is motivated as hell and has great drive.If anyone can help me out let me know,Peace T

Dante doesn't work with athletes anymore. Obviously he still helps a few of us but he is no longer taking on new clients. If you are really serious shoot me a PM and I'll help you get in touch with the guy who Dante sends all new people interested in DC.

Why do all of you guys use plates when doing rack chins? It is a lot easier to use an EZ bar loaded with quarters. This way you can use more weight and you aren't worried about the plates falling off of your lap.
